Blackpool Pharmacy wins accolade from Chemist+Druggist Magazine

MedicX Pharmacy Blackpool is celebrating after being "Highly Commended" in the 2010 Chemist+Druggist Platinum Design Awards.

The annual awards event, sponsored by one of the UK's leading pharmacy publications, recognises pharmacies across the country that are leading the way in shop design, presentation and service delivery. The MedicX Pharmacy Blackpool was praised for the way an originally awkward shaped unit was transformed into an innovative space, complete with a health promotion area and three consultation rooms, for the large number of enhanced pharmacy services on offer. 

The accolade comes only months after the pharmacy opened in January 2010, and has arrived at a time when all of the MedicX Pharmacy stores have been performing better than ever. April witnessed MedicX Pharmacy Blackpool welcoming its highest number of patients since opening.
