How can we help you access your medicines where and when it suits you?

We can collect your prescription from the surgery for you, dispense it and have it ready for you to pick up from our pharmacy.

1. Download and complete the form on the back of our Collection and delivery services information leaflet and hand it to a member of our MedicX Pharmacy team.

2. Order your prescription from your surgery as usual when you next need it.

3. Let the MedicX Pharmacy team know when your prescription will be ready for us to collect.

4. Collect your medicines from our pharmacy or receive them by delivery on an agreed day.
